How to deal with notice from MIDc regarding plot of land

I have taken MIDC lease hold industrial plot in the year 2008 and also taken loan of Rs. 5 Lacs under Credit guarantee scheme from bank. Bank disbursed only 1 lacs to us and balance loan not given by bank. Due to this we could not take BCC from concerned department. Now MIDc ask us to return the MIDc Plot. We have executed the leased for 99 years as per MIDc Rules.
As per information given by clients.
U can file writ petition in high court against Bank for not releasing the Balance Loan Amount and u can make MIDC as respondent party in the high court case under article 226 of constitution of India. U can pray for stay order in the same high court petition for not canceling the lease of MIDC plot.
