How to deal with illegal confinement/detention

Sir I and my girlfriend we both are major but my girlfriend parents are strictly against our marriage. As they come to know that we love each other they beaten me badly and my girlfriend she is been locked at her home and even her mobile is also taken by her parents and they are beating her daily. Her condition is very critical. I wanted to know is there any provision that can help her to become free and her life could be saved and we can marry as we both want to marry according to our wish.
if both you and your partner are major under marriage law then the guardians cannot illegally confine you or your partner..you have a right to file a habeas corpus writ petition before the high court and the high court will ask the other side to produce your partner before the high court and seek her opinion ..if the girl is willing to go with you the court has the power to direct your partner to go along with you with full police protection..
