Sir my father transferred ancestral land to other person without knowledge to my family what can we take land back from transferee please give me suggestion what is provision
Yes you have legal right to get back your ancestral property.for that you have to challenge the document from which the property was transferred to third party.file an application for get your name entered in revenue records.
