How to complaint about welding workshop in the colony residential area

Sir‚ there is weldind worlshop beside my home in the colony. i am getting disturb in my study by the terrible noise created by iron cutting and beating. i have tride to talk with him several times but he used dirty languages. becouse of this workshop i am not able to live my life peacefully and i am not able to study with. so plz tell me the procedure to remove this shop from the colony.
You have not mentioned the area or locality where you reside. Is it a total residential area. But you still can lodge your complaint to Municipal Corporation, and also to police. In case you don't get any relief then send a legal notice through advocate. After that file a case for injunction.
