Since you are a co-owner of the property as per the Sale Deed you have equal share along with your father.Your father cannot transfer the property without your signature. Contact me with the Sale Deed and other documents relating to the property for further course of action.

If the property is in joint name, your father cannot sell the property without your consent and signature at the time of registration of sale deed in favour of others. You can claim your share by filing a suit before the court.

Be clear in your sentence formation. If your father's self acquired property contains your name during registration means in what way ? whether he has made you as a joint owner in the sale deed or you have signed as a witness. If you have made as a joint owner while restringing the property then you have a right in the property. Claim it before court.

Hi, at the time of purchase what is your age, what is your father age, if you are major at the time of sale you entitled in the said proprty. If you minor at that time you not entitled any share because it is your father self acquired property. But my advise you to file suit for partition and separate possession in respect of the said property and other property if any

You do not have a legal share in your father's self acquired property. It does not matter if he included your name while he got the property registered.

Having said that, if you have invested your income in purchase of the property, you have a legitimate claim over the property, and you can assert your right over the same.
