How to challenge a registered will

24-Sep-2023 (In Civil Law)
Without my knowledge my son got registered will and g.p.a, of my sister house and left abroad for some years. During this period my sister made another will on White paper in my name due to illness and ignorance of her welfare. Can I file civil suit.

Hi
A WILL can be cancelled any time during the life time of the person.

If the person executes another will in a white paper in front of two witness, then the latest WILL shall prevail over the earlier WILL(even if the WILL is registered) and the earlier WILL shall become null and Void.

In law of WILLS, only the latest WILL is taken in to account and all of the earlier WILLS shall automatically become Void.

Also the GPA executed by your sister does not prevent your sister from executing another WILL and the GPA shall automatically gets cancelled soon after the life time of your sister.
