We have two properties three brothers and one sister 1. First was with the name of my late mother who had given registered will in my favour alone but my elder brother is staying in the said property. 2 second was in the name of my late father. After the death of my father my mother had given me her share of 1|5th in my favour via R. D my second brother and myself is staying in the said property. My first elder brother has filed partition suit in Delhi high court with fee of rs 130.00 let me know is court fee enough or should be with market value It may be noted that both properties are of Delhi. How to calculate court fees?
