Then after obtain death certificate , legal hair certificate of the deceased person and prepare no objection from all the legal hair of the deceased and with application form attached photo copy all the the documents and apply

Comassionate appointment is not amatter pf rights. So you may approach the officials where the deceased last wprking and apply under rehabilitation assistance scheme. They will forward it to the higher officisls for enquiry and found eligible and vaccancies then they will consider your application unless they will reject then you may approach the administrative tribunal or high court.
