How should I work towards getting bail

My cousin was in central jail in parappana aghrahara Bangalore,his name ashok and age 22years.he was support one couple which she was miner,but that couple now broak up,,some days my cousin was not at end police station so that's why they arrested him,now he is in central jail,his family is in poor condition ,so give me suggestions to help them
Go to the police station where he was arrested, ask and apply for a copy of FIR lodged against him. You will also get crime number. Then contact a advocate and he will tell you the court hearing his case. Apply for bail.
