An order for interim injunction can be obtained immediately at the time of filing the suit for whatever reasons that have been strongly pleaded and convincing the court accordingly.
If you feel that your advocate is not cooperating properly nor his responsive to your queries and you dont confide in him anymore, you may decide to change the lawyer and engage the services of a new and good lawyer.
