How much money do I need to pay for an out of court settlerment

It's a family property and the dispute is between me & my brother. If I go in for an out for court settlement, how much do I need to pay my lawyer? Is it based on a certain percentage on the amount I get or what....? Appreciate your feedback in the matter.
It is always better to go for settlement of property dispute at the earliest. Lawyers cannot fix fees on percentage. You have to pay the fees as agreed before. If you have not engaged a Lawyer ,you can contact me for legal help.
