Whether your deceased wife executed any will ? Your son and you both have share in that house, your son can surrender his share in your name and there after you can use the property. Then also your daughter in law have share in that property

FIRST - WHETHER YOUR WIFE WAS WORKING LADY IF NOT THAN FOR PURCHASING HOUSE -WHO PAID AMOUNT ( PROOF)
SECOND - IF ANSWER IS NO THAN AS PER HINDU LAW ONLY AND ONLY YOU AND ALL CHILD CAN CLAIM ON IT
THIRD- THE MATTER WILL BE DECIDED BY COURT FOR HAVING GIRL CHILD , YOU CAN DO FAMILY SETTLEMENT AMONG ALL OF YOU. IF SHE CLAIMED FROM IN THAT HOUSE , SHE ONLY HAVE RIGHT IN HIS HUSBAND!S PART.

After your wife's death the property would devolve in the names of you and your children equally. If there is no will, in that case you can go for property mutation and your children can give no objection certificate and the house can be tranferred in your name.
Regarding your daughter in law's right over the same, if it was her matrimonial house and she is living there presently, she can maximum get residential right, however, accurate response can be given only after seeing the papers pertaiing to the case.
