सर मेरे पिता जी एक सरकारी कर्मचारी है हमे काफी प्रयासों के बाद आवास प्राप्त हुआ सर सिचुएशन ये है कि जो आवास हमे दिया गया है उसमें कोई और रह रहा है हमने उसे खाली करने को कहा तो उसने हमारी ही शिकायात कर दी अब मेरे पिता जी पर ससपेंड करने की तलवार लटक रही है सर मार्गदर्शन करें क्या कर सकते हैं
High Court mein writ dakhil karein, isse pehle aapke pitaji apne boss to pratyawedan de, jisme apne sabhi samasyaon ka description de de. If your dad is suspended eventually, then also you'll have to file a writ in the high Court.

Please write an application to the concerned department against that persona and mention everything once the house is allotted to your father then that person is illegal occupant or trespasser. So that they can do the needful for vacating the house from that person. Moreover what are the grounds for the suspension. There must be some solid grounds for suspending someone.
