Haryana OBC govt employees do we come under non creamy layer or not

I am from Haryana state.I belong to Ahir caste.My father and mother both were teachers class c when appointed in Haryana government schools both of them were promoted at around 50 to lecturer post class c in school. Other than this we have income from house rent around 2 lacs per annum. I want to know if I belong to non creamy layer or not?
Hello you are ahir...than in haryana your caste under obc but In creamy layer .....ahir under in haryana O.b.c..and in o b c per annum income should be below 2 lakhs

No you can not get obc benefit as per its circular it is defined in length. Income is basis to define it .so your parents are govt. Employed and your parents income is beyond its limit. It will be criminal actions if reported. 94164207799
