Had an agreement with other party now not fulfilling what to do

Had a agreement with a person regarding building some thing on our land but the same is not being fulfilled by the other party. What action can we take?

With knowing the clauses written in the agreement how can i say a detailed opinion. If something is not fulfilled by the other party you can resend the agreement and ask compensation ,if there is clause .
