GPA authority asking for huge amount for company registeration

Hi sir/Madam, My father worked in hyderabad industries the company alloted a house in 1990,with allotment letter, after allotment the company done registration up to 2012 with free basis, after 2012 the company given GPA Authority to 2 workers,unfortunately my father got expired in 2000 & we didn't registered the house, now i went to register my house, but GPA Authority people asked me to bring legal hire certificate, i brought the legal hire certificate from court, after bringing the certificate i requested the GPA Authority people to do favour in registering my house, for that they demanding me huge amount, i requested them to do with minimum charge as i am the son of employ, please do favour, they refused my request, Please suggest me how to proceed in this case.

Dear Sir,

GPA authority asking for huge amount for company registration-- are they asking you the fees which as to be paid to the government or is it some other amount which they are demanding from you.

You can complaint against them to their superior as well.

There are many unanswered questions. You said the company registered houses up to 2012, your father passed away in 2000, how did you miss the registration. Anyway Is GPA authorized people are asking you bribe?, if yes, you can file a complaint against them in nearest police station as well as contact the company and file a written complaint to them where your father worked with all the facts. Anyhow it is in your best interest to contact a competent advocate in your area without any delay to proceed further. Good Luck
