Govt. employee made counterfeited receipt of land to dispossess me

I am from chhapra (bihar).Land is in my capture,i am plaughing it since my ancestors.I have patta made by landlord malik(in 1937) and two receipts year 1960 and 1981.some people with the help of rajaswa karmachari(patwari) tore my receipt record from govt register at circle level,made counterfeited receipts in the name of their ancestor, add their ancestor 's name in register 2 (govt register)and trying it to sell to strongmen.what to do?some adviced to check my name in returning records by landlords in 1956,when jamindari was abolished,but it is unavailable in collectorate.kindly advice.
If you have all the said documents supporting your ownership on the said property. Then you can file a declaration suit in the civil court having jurisdiction over the locality where your property is situated.
