I got expelled by the university due to low sgpa(semester grand point average) in the middle of the year .I requested them to give me another semester chance to prove my self. But the university took a undertaking that if the student get a sgpa <5.5 it will lead to his termination from the university in the starting of the year.is there any chance I can continue in the university.

Hi
Any university can only detain a student for an academic year if the student does not score the requisite pass mark.
The university cannot take punitive action such as termination, if the student scores less <5.5SGPA. It can only detain a person for an academic year.
You need to tell me which university and which course so that we can tell you which courts have jurisdiction in the event of you opting to file a case.
