Girl left me alone what to do

Sir can i know that if a girl promices me to being my life partner. And we are in physical relationship almost 10-15 times in last 3 year and i specially treated her as a wife in my life and get together with my known person and spend money too according to her need. Now a days she turn and leave me alone. But i am too emotional person she knew that well. Abd it is difficult for mein to sustain and i leave my mental passence and few negative thing comes in my mind to to negative with myself. Sir can i know is there any way to get back in my life. She agree to come but she donot want to get against his father at last movement.
