Friend used credit card without permission and now not responding

Hi sir, im from Hyderabad one of my friend had taken my credit card on 2014 for personal use 500/ amount ,but he use the total amount with out knowing me and card limit(1lak) is over and card is block ,after days he paid the certain amount ,but last 10 months he not paying the amount and when i am call to him he is not responding and card company asking to me , please give suggestions.

Serve a legal notice through a lawyer to your friend and demand him to pay the balance amount due. If he doesn't pay you the money within the notice period, file a money recovery suit against him in the jurisdictional civil court and claim the money. You can try to recover the money he used without your knowledge which consider to be fraud. If you have enough evidence to prove that he fraudulently used your credit card without your knowledge then you can initiate legal process by sending legal notice to him demanding to repay the money he used.
