somebody/friend is trying to mentally harassing me at the base of without reason/minor talks/events.
you will have to disclose all the details as to what is nature of the harassment done by your friend. The issue for which either he is blackmailing you or making any criminal intimidation, if that is the case then you can file a complaint against him under section 155 of CrPC for criminal intimidation under section 506 of Indian Penal Code.
