Don't Panic. If an FIR has already been registered against the School and its Principle then you have to cooperate with police during investigation and have tell the investigation officer that you were not aware about the activities of the principal before, however the moment i reliazed the illegal activities of the Principle I resigned from my post and i did what i can do.. Further i can assist you once we meet and discuss thoroughly.

Sir,
First of all, send your resignation letter through registered post mentioning your email about the resignation and keep a copy with yourself.
Lodge a complaint with police about the illegal activities of the principal.
