Flat purchased with mothers money will wife have any claim in it

my wife not surrender flat when this flat purchase loan amount my mother money in personal sourse income . but my wife is not surrender flat pls tall me how i can do . my mother case in sinior citizen court dy commisioner police in delhi ? what my wife is any right this flat when this flat finase is my mother loan amount & all papers & rescipet my mother name.
