Sir mere pr dhara 436 504IPS ka FIR hua h aur case chal rha h kya government job me joining ke time problem hogi mujhe kya karna hoga I am a student please tell me sir thanku you

pls tell the facts in detail, whether case has been committed to session court or not!!?, if you think you have been illegally framed file a discharge application or go for quashing under section 482 CrPC or under Article 226 of the Constitution of India -- better to aver facts in detail -- otherwise, under law, 'everyone is presumed to be innocent till proved guilty'

Though there is no bar on applying for the government job but during application you will have to disclose the true facts and any pendency of the criminal case/trial. Though it will be at the discreation of the selection committe whether your application is selected or rejected as per the policy in force. But at the time of Joining you may be in trouble if covicted of the charges framed. Depending upon the merits of the case you can go for quashing of the FIR
