How to file case in NGT in case there is tower beside family ground. Can I know the fees involved in it and process
The fee involved will be around rs 10,000 barring any other expenses. That is drafting, consultation and appearanes from time to time will be charged separately.
However just because there is a tower next to the ground is not good enough grounds for moving NGT. You must be able to show environmental hazards.
