Father property distribution after death of the son

Daughter of my father died on December 2000 and my mother died on November 2003. My father has one son and two daughters. The said property is name of my father.My religion Hinduism. My date of birth august 1966 and I and my elder sister also married. My brother also died on March 2012 and his wife and one daughter alive. I want my share in my father's property. How much share will I get from this property, after HSA 2005 Amendment act.I also inform you my father no will in his property. I want to know what is HSA 2005 amendment act?and how share my property.

There is still confusion whether HSA 2005 is applicable retrospective or not, however there is one judgement passed by the honorable supreme court on this issue that HSA 2005 is not applicable on the death took place prior to 2005 therefore you need to consult personally on this aspect about your share

Hello sir/madam

As per your query the share from your fathers property will be divided equally inbetween all you and your brother and sister and your mother . As your mother died already so her share will be with you three and your brother is also died so his share will be taken by his child and wife .
