Father in law dragging in fraud case how to divorce my husband

 I, got married in 2007. my father in law was a property dealer... and was used to purchase lands / properties in my name. One of the land sale case, one purchaser registered a fraud case in my name and also in my father in law's name, because my father in law... sale a land to them which was really not exist ... but only in papers.... My martial life was not good with my husband... as well as with in-laws. they treat me as just a home servant . i want divorce....can u pls guide me how to get rid from this horrible married life and this fraud case.both.. ?????? ... can i get divorce from my husband ???? what will of this case.. after divorce??? pls help....

The divorce case you propose to file and the case already pending against in respect of the suit property which your your father-in-law sold in your name, are two separate things and do not have any relationship with each other. To file a divorce case, you'll have to move to the family court and file a proceeding under s. 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act.
