Father facing criminal liability, any remedy available or not

I have a house in tarapur area . In which 3 rooms are there. Two room is owned by me and 1 room is owned by a man. We have toilet in common that is his room side. He usually stopped us to use toilet. 1day during quarrel my father beat his daughter in law. And accidently her 1 finger cut by shuting windows . My father is facing 326 ,323,506,504. The other side does not attend court . It has been almost one year. Can we fix it . Or can we file complaint against them. We have not done fir against them at time of incident.
In your case we need to look at the case file as it is impossible to tell the due course just with this information. However criminal cases are between the accused and the state so even if the opposite party is not there it does not matter but it can make their case weak and it may give advantage to you.
