Father being harassed by customers of Rose Valley Scam

My father worked as one of the agents for this company called Rose Valley Group of Companies between 2010 & 2015. He did few policies ranging from Rs 5000 - Rs 200000. It was in mid 2015 when this company was shut down and its schemes declared a scam by the Govt. Thereafter, every policyholder has been holding my father's collar every now and then, even though he never usurped a single penny for himself from their money. Instead he gave them all of their receipt of deposits. My question is can my father be sued under any circumstances by the policyholders?

As per your question I would like to inform you that Policyholder have right to make a party to your father in scam folder because they can make their statement before the Court that on the persuasion of your father, they have invested their money in that scam folder company . As per the Indian Penal Code, persuasion of any other person is a offence. yes the police holder cam make him a party as well
but since he was just acting as a agent so need not be worried he has sufficient grounds to
get away from any case filed against him.

The compleat scheam has been declared scam by the government itself so initially find out whether the name of your father figures in the fir or no if no name appears then also see that name does not poops out during enquiry or eles liabilities will be fastened
