Farmers using agricultural property illegally

Agricltural land rewarded to my grandfather by indian airforce is been taken back by Maha govt since 2003 under the violation of acts regarding rewarded propert's. Though The property belongs to maha govt still some farmers are illegally using that property for cultivation. Also court has given judgment favoring us in the case fild by my grand mother against the govt dicission of taking back property.
It will be proper if you take paid consultancy to compensate the lawyer's stock-in-trade required to advise you. The fact you had mentioned it is not practically possible to give legal solution to ur problem.

if the court has given decision in your favour obviously the farmers who are cultivating the land are illegal occupants. It is not clear as to to the duration of illegal occupancy. Additionally, has the government preferred an appeal against the judgement favouring you? Details are required to chalk out further course of action.
