As per your query, if you have received the orders from the supreme court then you can file an application for execution of award in the court and stop the other people from claiming the land in the court further.

If the land use is other than what it has been acquired for ,the farmer has a claim on his land. You can also recover from the state authorities or builder etc from whom you bought the land . More details will however be required to advise specifically for your protection and safeguard s

If farmers have already been given award for the land then they can not claim after dismissal of the petition from the supreme court. You can lodge an FIR to the concerned police station and can move to the court and get the order in this regard.

The land status has to be clear if it is and the land award has been collected by them then they can not claim it.If they have gone in quashing against the award after prescribed period then it will be a different ground for claiming .Therefore clarity over the same is more important. Please contact for further details thanks.

You did not mention, where they have claimed and by whom you have purchased the plot. After getting award and completion certificate, he can not claim for your perchased plot. Meet me with details, so I can advise well.
