False report given to the court by DC what can be done

P&H High court directed DC Kurukshetra to remove encroachment from a road because its width decreased from 82 to 62 feet.DC sent report that encroachment has been removed. I asked the DC the present width of this road than he replied ,its width is 62 feet at present. It mean DC sent false report to High court.Any remedy
Submitting false report or making false statement before a court of law is an offence under Indian Penal Code. You can file contempt of court under the Contempt of courts Act. Dc may also be prosecuted for furnishing false report under section 340 of Cr.P.C.
