file complaint/ application to chief metropolitan magistrate or CJM or whatever applicable at your place and tell him your grievance.

you can tell me your problem in complete by email or whatever way you feel suitable for you. I assume you are a student and your career can have a adverse effect if the case against you and your family is not quashed. There are other ways too, If there is no prima facie case, you can have the same quashed by approaching sessions court in revision or high court in writ or 482 petition.

As per the details provided by you I would suggest that you should not worry about it as unless and until your are convicted in a case nothing bad happens to you and as far as 107 Crpc is con it is nothing it's just a execution of bond for keeping good behavior there is nothing conviction sort of things in 107 Crpc. So don't worry and cheer up concentrate on your studies

Only Lodging of case can't make your career spoiled. you will face problem on account of being chargesheeted and after all you will get lost if you are convicted .so you have to contest strongly the case denying the fact of complaint and you have to observe police report activating for making report without any influence or otherwise

I think if you tag with Section 107 Cr. P.C. it will not hamperred in your future job. The Section is for giving Peace keeping bond and if you contest the same, after elapsing few month it will automatically stop. Therefore, don't worry about it.
