Factory making pollution in village due to which diseases spreading

We are living in a village where there is a factory in the core of the village. Due to the pollution by that factory my mother also got cancer. Now the i have filed an RTI they are not responding to it. Where can i complaint about the pollution created by the factory?
You can file a complaint in the Pollution Control Board which is established in every district/state. You should firstly check the pollution control board under whose jurisdiction your village falls and report accordingly.
