Factory in residential area

I live in Najafgarh, New Delhi. Now the colony i live in is unauthorized to the best of my knowledge but there is a factory which creates nuisance in the locality. Do i have the right to complaint against the factory/factory owners even if the locality is unauthorized or not? And if yes then what is the 'exact' procedure to go about it?
factor y in residential area are not allowed. You may seek remedy before National Green Tribunal for closure of factory . Pollution being caused due to factory may be air , water , or sound poluution.

Industrial activities can not be allowed in residential area. There are so many forums, where you can complaint for that. First of all complaint it to local police, then factory inspector. If they do not act properly, go to court and file civil suit for injunction.
