Execution of decree by court

sir , my brother filed a partition case for a property against me and my mother , there are our two joint properties , after court judgement on 2nd dec 2015 and decree my brother has possession of hotel rooms of me and mother (kabja) and the second property is house on we hold the kabja . as per the court decision house cannot be divide into 3 parts so if any of the person out of three ready to take money of its share in house by dlc rate can take , so can we file an application in court for execution of our hotel rooms to take the possession from my bother .
If the court mentioned in the decree that the house as well as the hotel rooms cannot be divided into three parts and parties can buy in other parties share then you can file an execution application in the court for the execution of decree. You can get the possession of the hotel from your brother by buying the share of your brother in the property.
