Ex boyfriend of girl threatening to file case against me and girl

I met a girl few months back and started dating. i used to stay at her flat and we had physical relationship.there was a another guy who was my GF's family friend they were in relationship before bt my gf told me that he is his brother. They both also used to get physical but the girl didn't tell me anything. Now the guy know everything and he feel cheated. He used to hit that girl and blackmail her by her nude pics. Last week the guy try to commit suicide but survived..now he is threatening us that he will file a case against me and my family and the girl's family. What should I Do ?

You should report everything to the police. He is threatening to commit suicide which is an offence itself. State all the facts in your complaint including the fact that he used to blackmail her etc. try to get your gf on board with this. If possible take help of a counsel to guide you properly. Try to keep record of all the conversations you have with the girl and her ex. God knows what else she is hiding

Brother I can understand your difficulty but as for now it I suggested that don't break in pressure be bold and go with wait and watch policy and if you still have apprehension write a letter to DGP of your state stating all the facts and apprehension before hand. Try to settle matter amicably but don't be a victim of extortion.
