Hi, you can send a legal notice to remove the encroachment in case it's not removed you can approach the local authority like DDA in Delhi to remove the encroachment. Further it's not removed then u can file a civil case making the authority as well as person you has encroached a party before court.

For encroachment in front of your house you can complain in your municipality corporation or your nearest police station so if it against the law they will help you to remove it .with application it will better if you attach the picture also
