Encroachment by a builder on my property

builder has encroached my property and is threatening me. makes a lot noise disturbance and throws a lot of garbage, what can i do?
You can file a civil suit for get back your encroached propert and declaration suit for nuisance and file a criminal complaint for trespassing in your property.
