Eligibility for College Seats Reservation for Domicile Candidates

Me and my wife belong to BC from Tamilnadu. Currently we are residing at Mumbai and we have domicile status of Maharashtra. Our daughter would be competing in Maharashtra for her college studies in Medical. Could you let us know whether she will be eligible for seat reservation under reserved category. If yes how do we obtain necessary certificates? Whether she will be entitled under OBC Catergory for all india reservations?
