Drain built by govt. collapsed due to rainfall how to get it repaired

today 30/03/2017 in agartala , tripura, causes of blusterous raining behind and infront drain of my house was collapsed , that was built in 2013 by GOVT. And think so many problems will be come upon us . I am belong from a poor family. Nobody care about us, and i surely tell you that nobody will not take care about this. please give me suggestion how can i solve this problem.
You can complaint it to the councilor i.e, Parshad of your ward, if he denies to take any action then, you can complaint to the municipal corporation of Agartala stating the conditions and effect of such drain damage.
