Demand of money more than actual price of machine purchased

I have Purchase Machine Through My Friend. actually machine cost is 690000 but they told me price are 800000. now they pressures me to give 800000 money.
Generally the price of any item is depend upon mutual contract between the parties. however, if the price of the said machinery is Rs. 6,90,000, then he cannot demand Rs. 8,00,000 from you. you are legally bound to pay only the actual price of the machinery.

Dear Sir, sales and purchases are made by a proper way of making an offer and accepting it or rejecting it. If the market price of the machine is too less, there must be a proof of that with you, which you have not revealed. If you have the proof you can not be compelled to pay more money.
