Delay in delivery of bike what can be done

I Am Sandeep. I Booked Royal Enfield Classic 350 Black On 6th Of Feb 2017.With the advance of 5000/-and, they took a 1month 10days.I called and ask my status means they told me that have to pay 5000/- etc for government certification. I pad and ask when u people going to deliver the bike means they said submitting files are clear come and pay the money .i paid 56000/- for bike and extra service charges 1650/-on 18-03-2017 and they told me that we delivery within 10days To 15days They are extending days Us Since Last 2Months .and the bike balance amount is 115 on EMI conversation for 11 months And they are going to delivery on 28-3-2017 but now they told me the same answer We Argued in call With Them And Finally they told to Cancellation My 2Monts Waiting Period Is Waste. now what had to doo

all the communication between you and the dealer were oral communication or written communication. You always have an option to approach the matter legally. You can send them a notice asking for compensation for harassment, mental agony and deficiency of service. but make sure you have the documents to support your claim.

If they have promised you to deliver the bike within a particular time and not yet delivered the same, you can approach the consumer court for appropriate actions agaisnt them and take action for recovery of the amount.
