Dear Sir/Ma'am

Thank you for your query. I think it will be best if you could discuss this over a call or have a face to face meeting with me as I will need additional details before I can provide accurate advice. Having said that, based on what you have mentioned you can initiate legal proceedings by sending a legal notice to the builder (DDA-HUDCO). Based on their reply or no reply we can take further steps. Please confirm if a flat under the scheme was allotted to you? Also, why the long delay before you decided to take legal action?

We will be happy to help you with all this. Please feel free to get in touch with us.

Regards

Sanjeet

sir, there is a process we need to follow in your case. we will file an RTI and try to ascertain the status of your application. accordingly we will know which forum we need to approach. There are cases of Delhi High Court under which relief was granted to the petitioner by the court.

Sir you can opt for Civil remedy ,wherein a legal notice followed by civil suit ,but all depends on the facts of the case which are not been disclosed by you on this platform that weather there was any agreement which was executed or any documents in regards to the same??Therefore either of the circumstances a civil suit can be filed.
