am trying to go for wbcs exam but i hv criminal case going on..which includes half murder case..can i go for wbcs exam..??
MY OPINION THAT i have follow your submission ,i think that you have so many legal ways if you would follow then you have make further legitimate scope to get chance to sit at WBCS Exam , & you should follow & establish that you have not involved.

If you are accused in criminal case and still not convicted or acquitted i dont think that it is going for hindrance in your wbcs exam as it is merly an allegation which is yet to be proved by evidences

You know it that, on Police Verification if it reflect that, there is a Criminal Case pending against you, then nothing will happen better for you. Prior that, there is a column, where every candidate declare that, there is no Cases has pending against him. I do not know in the said Column what was written by you. If you say otherwise, you should liable to penalized.
My opinion is try to complete trial within short time with the direction of Ld. Advocate of your side.
