sir i have given advice from the minor court is this comes under criminal case because for pasport verification police is saying it is criminal case plz giuide me sir
if it is a criminal case then kindly find out the FIR number and other details against you. you can also take the help of the police in finding the case pending against you.
you can also file an application in the court to issue you NOC which can be given to the police as well the passport authority.
