If court fee is not paid at the time of filing of the petition, where there is a remedy for paying court fee after filing the petition?
If court fee is not filing at the time of petition. U can paying the court fee after filing the petition also . I hope in your petition there is a pleeding to file a court fee after filing a suit aso .

If the court fee is not paid at the time of filing, then the file will not be heard by the Court as it will suffer from 'Office Objections' and the Advocate/ client has to comply with this objections and complete all formalities. In order to proceed further, the court fee has to be paid. However there is time restriction on this as well (eg. within a specific period of time from the date of filing, the office objections will have to be complied with).

If by over sight without verifying registered the petition returned by Court for non payment of Court fee
