Couple registered marriage what will happen if parents object

Respected Sir(s),Madam(s) My friend's boy had Registered his marriage at Marriage Registrar Office with inter cast girl and both have completed 21 years, and now at this time this marriage was secret from both family and boy and girl are living with their respective parents, in case of Oppose by girls parents and girl turn down from this marriage then what is the legal procedure/penalty by low to a boy or his parents. Thanks a lot.
First I would like to tell you that you have not provided complete facts correctly, so firstly I would like to clarify your query - I have understood that one boy and girl who are in love belongs to different caste got marry and at the same time got it registered with the Registrar of Marriage. And instead of living together as husband and wife, they went to their parents home and living there. You want to know if girl's parents opposes and due to that girl refuses to accept the marriage than what legal remedy left with the boy?
Answer - In limited facts which you have provided me first remedy is that boy can file a petition to bring girl home that called Restoration of Conjugal Rights.
Boy can file one more civil suit but for that you have to give some more details than only i will be able to inform you in detail.
Secondly boy can go to High Court for Habepus Corpus Writ to bring gril back, but it all totally depends on certain facts or materials.
One important thing- that now both can only be get separated by divorce only.

As you wrote that both have completed 21 years.means they are adult and can take decision of their marriage.in case of girl turn down than not need to worry because their marriage is registered.so there is no issue.if they register FIR again boy and boys parents there is no any chances for any penalty.because even police also know that is such a cases girl can come down with her parents force for divorce.so simple if there is any situation happen than boy can give divorce her.
