Construction of buildings when court ordered an injunction order.

17-Jun-2023 (In Civil Law)
A 28.5 acre land for which patta was granted ( to a graoup A) by the govt was encroached by a few (group B) who got an illegal patta from a corrupt official, that patta was cancelled and the official was put on trial. the govt clarified several times that the land belonged to the group A. the other group B approached the court and the judgement was delivered after 20 long years. however group B constructed buildings in the entire area. this is contempt of court. the executive is not keen in giving back the land to group A as the area is now totally in the occupation of group B. this is because of political pressure as politicians want only votes. so if the voting rights of the group is cancelled the executive will do its job because the politician will not enter the scene, is cancelling voting rights of people who are in contempt of court possible in india

You have to again approach court for relief in such situation and defying the court's order only or political gains and votes is a serious offence attracting punishment under the law. There is no as such provision of cancelling voting rights directly. If court finds other person guilty and send him to prison his voting rights gets automatically suspended for the period in which person is in prison. Under your case there can be charges framed upon contempt of court.
