Constant carpeting work in our residential area what action to take?

One person has built a godown behind our house in a residential area. There is non stop carpeting work that goes on in that godown. The noises disturb us constantly. What action can we take to stop them?
You have not mentioned the area or locality where you reside. Is it a total residential area, mixed purpose area or Lal dora land. but you still can Lodge your complaint to Municipal Corporation, and also to police. In case you don't get any relief then Send a legal notice through advocate. After that File a case for injunction.
